Managers approve plans before they go live.
Plans can wait for a manager's approval before they go live. Every decision is recorded with who made it, when and why.

You decide whether plans need sign-off.
With approval off, a plan is active the moment it is saved. With approval on, it starts as pending, and you set how far up the rep's manager line an approver can be.
The manager's Tour plans list shows a pending count and can be filtered by status. Opening a plan shows the rep, the author, the approval chain, the adherence so far and every planned visit.
Approve or reject, with a note.
A bar at the foot of a pending plan holds a note field and the Approve and Reject buttons. Approving makes the plan active and rejecting marks it rejected. Once a plan is decided, a second decision is refused and the manager is told it has already been decided.
Each decision is stored on the plan with the approver, their level, the time and the note, and written to the audit trail in the same step.
Edits go back for approval.
When approval is on, editing an approved plan returns it to pending. A rep cannot quietly change a signed-off route.

Monthly and weekly plans
A monthly plan sets where each rep will be. Dexor lays out each week from it, and the weekly plan adds which doctors to see at every stop.

A planned stop counts as met only when the rep checked in at that call point on that day. Adherence rolls up for each rep and each plan.
