Only approved, in-date material reaches reps.

Upload a deck, send it for review, approve it with start and end dates. Reps can only open approved, in-date versions, and every showing is recorded.

Versions with a sign-off.

An author uploads panels as images or PDFs, marks each as Must show or Optional, and sets the dates it may be used. The version goes for review, and the reviewer approves it or sends it back. Nobody can approve their own material unless your organisation turns that rule off.

An approved version can no longer be edited. Changes become the next version, which replaces the old one when it is approved. A version can also be withdrawn, and a withdrawal must give a reason.

The server is the gate, not the screen.

Each version in the console says plainly whether the field can see it, for example "Approved and in date. A rep can open this in front of a customer today." The same check runs on the server for the deck list, for every panel link and for every presentation record.

Panels open through links that last five minutes, so a withdrawn deck cannot be reopened from an old link.

Every showing is on record.

Before a deck opens, the rep picks which doctor or chemist they are showing it to. Dexor records the version, the time spent on each panel and the outcome of the call, and stamps the rep's territory from their profile.

If a rep shows a version that has since expired or been withdrawn, the showing is still recorded, marked as out of date, so a compliance review sees exactly what happened.

Questions people ask.

Can a rep open a draft or an expired deck?
Reps are offered approved versions inside their usable dates, and the server refuses panel links for anything else.
Can the author approve their own deck?
Self-approval is blocked by default, so every version gets a second pair of eyes. Your organisation can choose to allow it.
Can a compliance review see a showing of an out-of-date deck?
Yes. If a rep shows a version that has since expired or been withdrawn, the showing is still recorded and marked as out of date.
What is recorded when a rep presents?
Who it was shown to, which version, the time on each panel and the outcome the rep chooses: agreed, considering, declined or no time.

Joint field work

After a day alongside a rep, the manager scores what they saw, agrees a few clear actions and shares it. The rep reads it and replies.
