October 2026
Coverage counts calls on doctors that carry a monthly call target. Calls logged against chemists are real work and are counted in the dashboard's Visits total, but they are not part of these figures, since chemists carry no coverage target.

Visits against the monthly target

Three ways to look at the same month.

Hierarchy rolls coverage up your org tree with on-track against target, behind and plan adherence for each member. All reps lists every rep with a "Most behind" strip on top. Rep drill-down shows one rep's targeted doctors with visits, target and status.

Clicking a rep in either list opens their drill-down, where a manager can also adjust a doctor's visit target.

A doctor with no visits still shows up.

Coverage is built from the rep's list of targeted doctors, not from the visits that happened. A doctor nobody called on appears as behind with zero visits, instead of quietly dropping out of the report.

It says what it counts.

Coverage counts calls on doctors that carry a monthly call target. Calls on chemists are real work and count in the dashboard's visit total, while coverage stays focused on the doctors with a target. The screen states this above every view.

Questions people ask.

Why can a busy rep still be behind on coverage?
Coverage measures calls on the doctors a rep is targeted to see. A day spent on chemists counts in the visit total, and coverage shows which doctors still need a call.
Can managers change a doctor's visit target?
Yes, from the rep drill-down.
How is "behind" decided?
A doctor is on track when visits this month reach the monthly target, and behind otherwise, including when there have been no visits at all.
