Visit photos taken live and kept private.
Visit photos come from the live camera, upload to a location the server chooses, open only through short-lived links, and expire on your schedule.

Photo, required
Your location will be attached when you save.
Taken in the room, not picked from a gallery.
The photo step opens a live viewfinder and nothing else, so a rep cannot attach an old picture from their gallery. The photo is compressed on the phone and uploads after the visit itself has synced.
Your organisation decides whether a photo is required. When it is, the Log visit button stays disabled until the photo is taken.
The server decides where it goes.
The upload address is built by the server from the rep's own login, never from anything the phone sends. Each upload link expires after 15 minutes and only accepts an image.
Opening a photo needs a fresh link that lasts five minutes, and Dexor only issues one to a manager in that rep's line or an admin. Anyone outside the line is refused.
Gone when retention ends.
Photos are kept for 90 days by default, and your organisation can set anything from 7 to 730 days. Dexor refuses to open a photo older than your current setting, and a scheduled clean-up deletes expired ones.
