Every rep opens the app to today's stops.

The Today screen lists the day's planned stops by session, tracks check-ins and calls as they happen, and keeps a log of the day.

The week's plan, cut down to today.

Today reads the rep's approved or pending weekly plan and shows only today's stops, grouped into Morning, Afternoon, Full day and Anytime. Each stop names the call point, its area and the doctors planned there.

It reads from the phone, so the screen opens instantly in a clinic with no signal. At midnight it moves on to the next day by itself, even if the app was left open.

Progress the rep can see.

A card at the top counts stops checked in out of stops planned, visits logged and doctors seen, with a percentage. A doctor's name gets a tick once a visit with them is logged.

Each stop has two actions: take the arrival selfie to check in, and log the call. When a rep has nothing planned, the screen says so and offers to log an unplanned visit.

The day's log, one tap away.

Today's log lists every visit logged on the phone today, with a Synced or Pending mark on each, and expands to show the products, samples and note. A weekly tile shows visits per day from Monday to Sunday.

Questions people ask.

Where do the stops on Today come from?
From the rep's weekly tour plan. Only plans that are active or awaiting approval show, and if a week has two versions, the most recently edited one wins.
Does Today need a connection?
Today works fully offline. The stops, check-ins and visits are read from the phone, and the weekly visits tile refreshes when there is signal and shows the last saved figures when there is not.
What if a rep has no plan for today?
The screen says no visits are planned and offers two buttons: log an unplanned visit, or view this week's plan.

Geo-verified check-ins

Reps check in at each planned call point with an arrival selfie, GPS and a timestamp. Retries never double-count, and gaps go to the manager.

Monthly and weekly plans

A monthly plan sets where each rep will be. Dexor lays out each week from it, and the weekly plan adds which doctors to see at every stop.

Offline visit capture

Reps log calls on the phone with or without a connection. Visits wait on the device and sync in a batch when signal returns.
