Fix a mapping and restate the history.

After a match is approved, restate a past month so its unmatched lines land in the right territory. The original source data is never rewritten.

Running it again restates nothing new: the lines are already stamped, so the result is reprojected 0.

A manager or admin restates a period through the API.

Forward by default, history on purpose.

A match queue decision fixes every file that arrives after it. Lines that came in before it keep their missing territory, so last month's figures do not move under anyone's feet.

When you do want history corrected, restatement takes one distributor, one month and one outlet name, and stamps the approved territory onto the lines that were unmatched. Territory rollups for that month then include them.

The source stays as it arrived.

Restatement changes how lines roll up, not the record of what the distributor sent. The cleaned copy of every file is never rewritten, so you can always see what came in and what was changed later.

Every restatement is written to the audit trail, and a closed period cannot be restated until it is reopened.

Within your own territories.

A manager can restate only onto a territory in their own part of the team; admins can restate any. Each restatement names one month, so its effect is always clear.

Questions people ask.

Who can restate a period?
Managers, onto territories in their own part of the team, and admins, onto any territory. Every restatement is written to the audit trail.
Does restatement change closed months?
Closed months are protected. Restatement is refused until an admin reopens the period.
What if we run it twice?
The second run finds nothing left to restate and changes nothing.
