Search your data looks through two kinds of record: Dexor's insights about your territories and a sales summary for each rep. It matches on words and on meaning at the same time, so "east territory below target" finds the at-risk card even when the card never says "below".

Results come back as Matching records, as cards or a table, each with its severity and an Ask Dexor link.

An answer from the results, and only them.

Above the records, Dexor writes a short answer using only the records it retrieved, and the records are always shown underneath so you can check it. If the AI pool for the month is used up, you still get the records.

Every search is filtered to your organisation and to your own subtree on the server. A manager cannot widen it.

The search index is built by a reindex run, so results reflect your data as of the latest run. Dexor switches search on with your team when it fits how you work.
