Once
Each order booked once, however often it retries

The rep sees the total as they type.

The rep picks products from their portfolio and sets quantities in cartons or cases. The app converts each line to base units and prices it against the price list cached on the phone, so the order total moves with every change.

Pack rules are shown, not applied behind the rep's back. A quantity below the minimum order or off a pack multiple gets a hint with the quantity that would work and a one-tap "Use it". Save stays disabled until every line is valid.

The server prices the order, not the phone.

When the order reaches the server, every line is priced again from the distributor's published price list. The phone sends products and quantities only. The figure the phone showed is kept as evidence, and if the two differ the rep sees both numbers on the order.

An order with a product that is not on the list, or a pack rule broken, is refused whole with the reason for each line. Dexor never books half an order or a line priced at zero.

Safe to retry with no signal.

Each order carries an id minted on the phone, so a retry after a dropped connection overwrites the same order instead of creating a second one. Orders wait in the outbox as "Queued" and sync when the phone is back online.

Who booked it, their territory and their manager chain are taken from the rep's own record, never from the request. A closed period cannot be booked into.

Approvals and credit, when you switch them on.

An account can set approval tiers by order value and a credit policy per distributor. A submitted order then lands as approval pending or on credit hold, and the rep's card says which, in plain words. A credit hold keeps the order saved, so nothing is booked twice. You switch each one on when you need it.

Questions people ask.

Can a rep book an order with no mobile signal?
Yes. Booking, pricing and saving all work offline against the price list cached on the phone. Approval and the final credit check happen when the order reaches the server.
What stops a rep from changing the price?
The phone never sends a price. The server prices every line from the distributor's published price list and stores what the phone showed only as evidence of what was quoted.
What happens if the price changed while the rep was offline?
The order is repriced at the server and the rep's card says so with both figures, for example that the total went up from one amount to another, so they can explain it to the customer.
Who can see an order once it is booked?
The rep who booked it, the managers in their chain at the time of booking, and admins. Peer reps cannot see each other's orders.

Product portfolios

Managers assign each territory its SKU portfolio. Reps in that territory see and log only those products; with no portfolio set, they see the full catalog.
