Net sell-out by distributor, territory and SKU.
Secondary sales net of returns, per distributor and territory, with a SKU breakdown. Figures still landing are marked provisional, never shown short.

Unmatched rows never enter a territory rollup, so they are missing from every figure above.
Distributor codes mapped to a catalog product. An unmapped code sells but cannot be attributed to a product.
Outlets under this distributor's partition that resolve to a territory.
Net value, computed from the lines.
Rollups are computed when you open them, straight from the ingested invoice lines, so they always reflect the latest data. Returns carry a negative sign and net out, and the breakdown ranks your top SKUs by net value.
Each distributor page shows net value and units for the period, six months of history and the top SKUs. Territory rollups sum the matched lines that landed in each territory.
Honest about what has not arrived yet.
If any batch for the period is still being processed, the figure is marked "Provisional" right next to it. A month with no data and a month that could not be read are labelled differently, so a failed request never reads as zero sales.
Scoped to what you manage.
A manager sees the distributor's sales into the territories in their scope, and the page says so. Distributor-wide totals are an admin view. Distributor accounts reading through the API get their own sell-out only, scoped by their login.
Questions people ask.
Are returns included?
Why does a figure say provisional?
Can a manager see a distributor's whole book?
Works well with.
Distributor data ingest
Distributors send sell-out and stock by API push, the upload API or email. Every file is checked, stamped with where it came from, and kept as received.
