  • Indianapolis is heading for 41% of its quarter target
Problem: Indianapolis is projected to reach 41% of the quarter target, with $2,310,000 sold against a monthly target of $5,630,000. Reason: attainment momentum is down 9% month on month, doctor coverage fell to 41% and no-show days rose to 3, so fewer targeted doctors are being called on. Recommendation: re-plan Tyler Morgan's next two weeks around the 10 doctors who are behind, and schedule Joint Field Work in Indianapolis this week.

  • Answer: rep 2026-10
Tyler Morgan made 38 visits in 2026-10, 41% of his monthly visit target. 7 of his 17 targeted doctors are on track, plan adherence is 64% and there are 3 no-show days. The 10 doctors who are behind are where the month can still be recovered.

Picked from your org roster

Dexor decides whether it is worth saying.

Dexor looks at the forecast outlook for the account: projected attainment, the territories at risk and the reasons behind each. It hands those facts and the org roster to the model, which must answer in a fixed form: is this important, how severe, what to say, and who should hear it.

If nothing is important, nothing is sent. Most checks end that way.

Problem, reason, recommendation.

Every alert follows the same three parts. The problem states the issue with exact figures. The reason explains what is driving it, again with figures. The recommendation starts with "Recommendation:" and says what to do next.

The model may only use the facts it was given, and alerts speak the account's own vocabulary, such as doctors and chemists for a pharma team.

To the right people, once.

Dexor picks the exact recipients from the roster, typically the leaders responsible for that business. The alert lands in their Notifications inbox, where it can be dismissed. An alert with the same headline is not raised again within 24 hours.

Alerts run for accounts that have continuous AI switched on, and only when someone in the account has been active recently, so a quiet account is not checked for nothing.

Questions people ask.

Will this flood managers with alerts?
Dexor first decides whether anything is important, holds back repeats of the same alert for 24 hours, and checks only when the account has been active.
Who receives an alert?
The specific people Dexor picks from your org roster for that issue, usually the responsible leaders. Signals about neighbouring territories are never sent to reps.
Can an alert quote a number that is not real?
The model is given the forecast facts and told to cite exact figures from them only. It does not have access to anything else.
Does this use AI credits?
Yes, from the prepaid AI pool, and only for accounts with continuous AI switched on. Dexor manages the cost controls.

Quarter forecast

Dexor projects quarter attainment from the run rate so far and flags territories only when a real warning sign backs it up.
