Field execution

Every visit captured. Even where there's no signal.

The rep app is offline-first by design: visits queue locally and sync in batch when connectivity returns, with conflicts resolved deterministically on the server. Nothing typed in a basement clinic is ever lost.

Offline capture & sync

Log it once. Lose it never.

Reps record every doctor, chemist, and outlet visit — products detailed, samples dropped, notes, GPS, photo — fully offline. The app queues to a local outbox and syncs when signal returns. The server resolves conflicts deterministically, never hard-deletes (tombstones only), and stamps territory and manager data itself — it never trusts the client. Tenants can require a photo per policy.

2Al-Shifa Pharmacy · sample dropqueued
3City Medicos · shelf auditqueued

Batch syncs when signal returns · conflicts resolved server-side · tombstones, never hard deletes.

Works offline for 90 days after a single sign-in.

Geo-verified check-ins

Proof of visit, not a promise of one.

At each planned call point, the rep checks in with a selfie, GPS, and a timestamp — idempotent, so offline retries never double-count. If a rep is unverified or a call point has no coordinates, Dexor automatically raises a task for the manager.

Duty, consent & presence

Attendance with dignity.

Location is opt-in. Reps clock in and out of duty sessions with DST-correct, workday-aware expected windows; managers can override when reality demands it. If location is disabled mid-shift, a presence heartbeat alerts the rep and the whole manager chain. A rep who declines consent is never GPS-tracked. Full stop.

Route tracking

The day's route, as it actually happened.

While a duty session is open — and only with consent — the app streams route breadcrumbs, each point carrying a privacy retention TTL set by your tenant policy. Managers see the real travel path for coaching and verification, bounded by retention you control.

Spoofing detection

Location fraud, caught in minutes.

A fast heuristic detector watches GPS telemetry for impossible travel — a sustained speed over about 90 km/h between check-ins reads as teleportation — and fires a critical alert the moment it happens. Compliance data stays clean because faking it stops paying.

Threshold: a sustained > 90 km/h between check-ins → critical alert.

Secure visit photos

Photos that can't leak.

Upload keys are derived server-side and tenant-isolated, and viewing links are short-lived and signed. Only the rep or an in-subtree manager can open a photo — an unauthorized user, even a manager outside the subtree, is denied by zero-trust RBAC. Photos also auto-expire once older than your retention window.

Every open is checked against your subtree · signed URLs expire · photos purge after retention.

In-visit commerce

A visit that ends in an order.

Reps can capture an order or an inventory and shelf audit tied to the check-in — turning a retail visit into a structured commercial event, not just a timestamp.

Manager verification workbench

Verified people, verified places.

Managers approve each rep’s identity selfie — marking them verified and archiving the photo for a year — and approve rep-submitted GPS for call points. Approved coordinates back-fill the call point, its area, and the global territory atomically: your location master improves with every field visit.
