Every visit captured, even without signal.

Reps record every doctor, chemist, and outlet visit (products detailed, samples dropped, notes, GPS, photo) fully offline. The app queues to a local outbox and syncs when signal returns. The server resolves conflicts deterministically, never hard-deletes (tombstones only), and stamps territory and manager data itself. It never trusts the client. Accounts can require a photo per policy.

Location follows your account's policy: off, opt-in or mandatory. Reps clock in and out of duty sessions with DST-correct, workday-aware expected windows; managers can override when reality demands it. If location is disabled mid-shift, a presence heartbeat alerts the rep and the whole manager chain. In opt-in mode, a rep who declines consent is never GPS-tracked.

Dexor checks the GPS readings that arrive while a duty session is open. A GPS reading moving faster than any field rep could travel raises a critical alert, with the reason in plain words. Compliance data stays clean because faking it stops paying.

Managers approve each rep’s identity selfie (marking them verified and archiving the photo for a year) and approve rep-submitted GPS for call points. Approved coordinates fill in the call point's location, so your own location master improves with every field visit.
