A separate console for the account holder.

Account admins work in their own console, apart from the manager app: Users and seats, Consumption, Period close, Audit trail and Settings. A compliance officer can sign in to the same console and reaches the audit trail and nothing else.

From Users and seats an admin adds a user, suspends or reactivates them, sets a temporary password, moves them under another manager and sets the code your own systems use for them, such as an employee number.

Every new user lands in the right place.

Before a login is created, Dexor checks that the new user's manager chain reaches a BU head. If it does not, nothing is created. If a later step fails, the login is removed again, so there are no half-made accounts.

Passwords set by an admin are temporary. The user has to choose their own the first time they sign in.

Seats count themselves.

Your account has a seat limit per role: rep, manager, admin and compliance officer. Each tile shows how many are used, and turns amber with "Seat limit reached" when a role is full.

Adding or reactivating a user needs a free seat in that role. Suspending a user frees their seat at once and signs them out everywhere, so an old session cannot keep working. The last active admin cannot be suspended.

What happens when we hit our seat limit?

Adding or reactivating a user in that role is refused with a message to suspend someone in the same role first. Other roles are unaffected.

Does suspending a user end their session?

Yes. Suspension disables the login and signs the user out of every device, and frees the seat.

Can an admin lock everyone out by mistake?

Dexor refuses to suspend the last active admin, so a slip on the Suspend button never leaves the account without one.

Can we use our own employee codes?

Yes. Each user can carry your own code, such as EMP-1042. It must be unique in your account, and uploaded files can be matched on it.
