  • Answer: rep 2026-10
Tyler Morgan made 38 visits in 2026-10, 41% of his monthly visit target. 7 of his 17 targeted doctors are on track, plan adherence is 64% and there are 3 no-show days. The 10 doctors who are behind are where the month can still be recovered.

  • Indianapolis is heading for 41% of its quarter target
Problem: Indianapolis is projected to reach 41% of the quarter target, with $2,310,000 sold against a monthly target of $5,630,000. Reason: attainment momentum is down 9% month on month, doctor coverage fell to 41% and no-show days rose to 3, so fewer targeted doctors are being called on. Recommendation: re-plan Tyler Morgan's next two weeks around the 10 doctors who are behind, and schedule Joint Field Work in Indianapolis this week.

A question with a fixed shape.

Ask your data takes a question as a few fields: which rep, which month, and optionally one metric. There is no free text to misread, so Dexor knows exactly which numbers to fetch.

It is a request through the Dexor API rather than a screen in the console, which suits scheduled questions and other systems. The answer arrives in the asker's Notifications inbox.

The model writes words, not numbers.

Dexor first builds the metric summary for that scope and month: visits, share of the visit target, per-doctor coverage, plan adherence and no-show days. The model is then asked to describe that summary. The figures stored with the answer are the summary's own values, copied as they are.

Scoped to the person asking.

A rep can ask about themselves and a manager about any rep in their subtree. Anything outside those rules is refused before it is queued.

Answers draw on the asker's share of the prepaid AI pool. Dexor manages the cost controls.

Questions people ask.

Which metrics can I ask about?
Visits, share of the visit target, per-doctor coverage and plan adherence. Leave the metric out and the answer covers the full summary for that scope and month.
Can the model change a number?
The figures come from Dexor's own metric summary and are stored with the answer exactly as computed. The model writes the sentences around them, never the numbers.
Who can ask about a territory or the whole account?
Admins. Reps can ask about themselves and managers about people in their own subtree.
How long does an answer take?
The request is accepted straight away and processed from a queue, so the answer arrives in the inbox shortly after rather than on the same screen.
