Three settings cover most needs.

Field app: require reps to take a photo at each visit before it can be logged. It is on by default.

Security: bring your own encryption key for all archived data, or leave it blank to use the default managed encryption.

Codes: build templates so new doctors and chemists get a code in your format automatically.

Changes are recorded.

Saving settings writes the change and its audit record together. The screen shows when it last loaded and has a refresh button, so an admin never edits a stale copy without knowing.

Can we turn off the photo requirement?
Yes. An account admin can switch "Require reps to upload photos" off in Settings.
Can we use our own encryption key?
Yes. Settings accepts your own key for archived data. Leave it blank to use the default managed encryption.
Are settings changes logged?
Yes. Each save is written to the audit trail in the same step as the change.
