Every rep can read and question their pay.
Reps see each published statement with its working on their phone, and can raise a question about it within the dispute window.
If this looks wrong, you can raise it within 14 days of publication.
Your question has been logged. Somebody will look at it and you will see the outcome here.
Each number comes with its working.
The Earnings tab lists each published period. Opening one shows the amount, when it was published and how it was worked out, measure by measure.
A statement is a snapshot of what was published, so it stays readable after any later correction. A restatement is added to it as a disclosure, never written over it.
Raising a question is part of the product.
The deadline is stated before it passes. Within the window a rep picks what looks wrong, such as missing sales, a wrong target or the wrong territory, adds a note and sends it.
The question appears on the manager's settlement screen in the rep's own words. Every answer needs a written reason, including a refusal, and any adjustment is carried into a later period rather than editing the paid run.

Settlement and payroll
Freeze the numbers, record who approved them, publish to earners, then export the payroll file. Corrections are disclosed, never quietly edited.
