Impossible movement raises a critical alert.

Dexor checks the speed in each GPS reading during duty. A speed no field rep could travel raises a critical alert to the rep and their managers.

GPS speed reading checked during duty

A speed check on every reading.

Devices that report GPS speed send it with each point during duty. Dexor compares every reading with a ceiling set well above normal road travel. A reading over that ceiling is the kind a faked location produces when it jumps from one place to another.

When a batch contains such a reading, Dexor raises one "Route anomaly detected" alert with the speed it saw, rather than hundreds of alerts for one faked run.

It goes to the people who can act.

The alert is critical and is delivered to the rep and every manager in their line, in the console's notifications and by email where the manager has it switched on. The alert keeps the position, speed and time behind it.

The raw GPS readings behind it expire on your location retention period, so the finding outlives the movement data and nothing more is kept than you allow.

Within the same consent rules.

GPS telemetry follows your location policy. In opt-in mode it is refused until the rep has given consent, and in off mode nothing is accepted at all.

Questions people ask.

What counts as impossible movement?
A GPS reading whose reported speed is above a ceiling set well past normal road travel. Real driving between calls stays under it.
Who gets the alert?
The rep and every manager in their line. It shows in notifications as critical, and managers with email alerts on get a copy.
Does one spoofed trip flood the inbox?
A faked run raises one clear alert with the speed Dexor saw, not hundreds. Each batch of readings produces a single alert.
What if a rep turns location off instead?
On the Android app, that is caught too. If a rep switches location off mid-session, the app reports it and the rep and their managers get a separate "Location disabled on duty" alert.

Route tracking

During an open duty session, and only with consent where your policy asks for it, Dexor keeps the rep's route for a retention period you set.

Duty and consent

Reps clock in and out of duty. Where location is opt-in, nothing is recorded until the rep agrees, and missed clock-ins alert the manager.

Geo-verified check-ins

Reps check in at each planned call point with an arrival selfie, GPS and a timestamp. Retries never double-count, and gaps go to the manager.
