Basis: secondary net value, by product. Attainment counts only lines with a matched product: 412 of 438 lines this period are product-matched. Unmatched sales are excluded, so this is bounded by SKU-crosswalk coverage, not a full ground-truth reading.

Pick a territory, read the products.

Sales vs Target (by product) joins the SKU targets you set to the distributor sales lines that carry a matched product. Each row shows the product, sold net value, target and attainment, with the product furthest behind at the top.

A product row links to that SKU's own page, so a manager can go from "behind on CRD-10" to where it sells and where it does not.

Every figure is tied to a real product.

Product attainment counts the sales lines Dexor has matched to a product, and never guesses at the rest. The screen states how many of the period's lines were matched, so a manager knows exactly what each figure covers.

Team performance reads the whole territory's sales, so the two views work together: the territory total for the big picture, the product view for precision.

Questions people ask.

Why might the product total be lower than the territory total?
Product attainment counts the sales lines matched to a product, so every figure is exact. The screen shows how many lines matched, and unmatched lines are left out rather than guessed.
Where do the targets come from?
From the SKU targets set in the Targets workspace for that territory and month.
What if no targets are set?
The screen says there are no targets for that territory and month and points you to Targets.
