The rep picks the doctor or chemist, taps the products discussed, adds samples, a note and the photo, and taps Log visit. The visit is saved on the phone first, every time, so a basement clinic or a dead zone on the motorway changes nothing.
A sync chip in the top bar always says where things stand: Synced, how many are pending, or Offline, saving locally. When the phone is back online the queued visits go up in one batch.
The server settles every conflict.
Each queued change carries its own id and timestamp. The server answers each one separately as applied, duplicate, stale or rejected, so a retry never creates a second visit and an older edit never overwrites a newer one.
Deleting a visit leaves a record behind instead of erasing it. The server also stamps the territory and manager line from the rep's own profile rather than trusting the phone, so a visit always lands in the right team's numbers.
One sign-in covers months of fieldwork.
The rep signs in online once and the session stays valid on that phone for 90 days, refreshing quietly when a connection is there. A rep can work a full cycle in low-coverage areas without being locked out.
If your organisation requires a photo on every visit, the app will not log a call without one, and the server refuses a visit that arrives without it.
