Start a report from where you are.
Reports can be started from the Generate menu in Documents, the Export menu on the dashboard and on Insights, or the report button under any Ask Dexor answer, which builds a document from that answer and the tables behind it.
Pick a format and a period. The request goes onto a queue, the row appears in Documents as Queued, and it turns to Ready when the file is built. You can keep working meanwhile.
Your files stay yours.
Documents are private to the person who made them. Downloads use a link that expires after five minutes, never a public address. Star the ones you use and archive the rest.
If the written narrative cannot be added to a report, you still get the report built from your data, marked "no AI narrative" so you know which version you have.
Images for slides, never for data.
Managers can also generate an illustration from a prompt for a deck or a recognition post. The menu says it plainly: these are illustrations only, and any chart or number drawn in one is invented. High-quality images need an explicit confirmation because they use far more credits.
Reports count against a monthly export allowance from your plan, and a failed export is given back. Dexor manages the cost controls.
