Every place your reps visit, organised by area.
Call points are the clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and chambers your reps visit, each under one of your areas and tagged with a territory.

The places a plan is built from.
Your areas are your own geography, as many as you need and named the way your team talks about them. Each call point sits under one area, has a type and an optional code, and is tagged with the territory that covers it.
When a manager plans a rep's month, picking an area narrows the call point list to the places in it.
One list, used everywhere.
The same call point is the stop on a tour plan, the place a rep checks in, and the unit plan adherence is counted in. A call point's territory tag is checked against your real territories, so it always rolls up to the right team.
Coordinates that come from the field.
You can start with names and areas and add coordinates later. When a rep checks in at a call point with no coordinates, the manager can approve the phone's location, and the call point keeps it from then on.
Questions people ask.
Do we need coordinates for every call point before we start?
How are call points organised?
What if a call point is tagged with a territory that does not exist?
Works well with.
Call point GPS verification
When a rep checks in at a call point with no coordinates, their location goes to the manager. Approve it and the call point has a verified position.
