How much of it matched? The match rate shows lines resolved to a territory out of lines accepted, for a period. Why were rows refused? The rejection breakdown counts each batch's rejected rows by reason: a missing required field, a value that is not a number, or a date that does not fit the format.

Are your masters drifting? Duplicate outlets lists names that collapse to the same key, with every variant, so you can merge them before they split sales.

What counts as a rejected row?

A row with a required field missing, or a cell that cannot be read as the number or date its column expects. Rejected rows are recorded with their reason, never loaded as zero.

How is the match rate calculated?

Matched rows divided by accepted rows for the distributor and period. If there is nothing to divide by, it shows n/a.
