Adherence counted from real check-ins.

A planned stop counts as met only when the rep checked in at that call point on that day. Adherence rolls up for each rep and each plan.

No arguments about what counts.

Every row in a plan is a call point on a date. The row is met when the rep has a check-in at that call point on that date, and not otherwise. The evidence is the check-in itself, so there is nothing to argue over.

Adherence is worked out when someone looks at it, from the check-ins on file, so a late-syncing check-in from an offline day still counts once it arrives.

Read it at the level you need.

Each plan shows met out of planned with a rate. For a rep, Dexor pools all their plans, adding up met and planned stops rather than averaging percentages, so a short plan cannot skew the figure.

In the Coverage view each rep carries an adherence meter and the team gets an average adherence tile. Reps see their own plan adherence in the app's Insights tab.

Questions people ask.

What makes a planned visit count as met?
A check-in by the rep at that call point on that date. Visits logged without a check-in do not count towards adherence.
How is a rep's adherence calculated across several plans?
By adding up met stops and planned stops across all their plans and dividing, not by averaging each plan's percentage.
Do offline check-ins count?
Yes. Adherence is calculated from the check-ins on file each time it is viewed, so a check-in counts as soon as it has synced.

Reps check in at each planned call point with an arrival selfie, GPS and a timestamp. Retries never double-count, and gaps go to the manager.
