Attainment is a territory-total basis (secondary net value vs target), not SKU-level.
Individual + cumulative
Both numbers for every member
Distinct territories
Shared ones counted once
The whole team in one tree.
Team performance lays out your subtree as a tree: Member, Sold (net), Target and Attainment. Expand a manager to see their reports, and open anyone to see their own numbers next to the roll-up of everyone below them.
The three tiles on top come from your own cumulative row: team attainment, sold net value and the effective target.
Shared territories are not counted twice.
Two reps can share a territory. A naive sum would count its sales twice at every manager above them. Dexor rolls up over distinct territories instead, so a national figure is the real national figure.
If a manager has a top-down goal, attainment is measured against it and the territory sum is shown beside it.
One click to the next question.
The member drawer links straight to Coverage and, for a rep, to their product attainment. Attainment here is on a territory-total basis, and the screen says so.
Questions people ask.
What is the difference between individual and cumulative?
Individual is the member's own territory. Cumulative is the member plus everyone below them, summed over distinct territories.
Can I see the same numbers by product?
Yes. Team performance works on territory totals, and the member drawer links each rep to SKU attainment for the per-product view.
What does each manager see?
Their own team. The tree starts at the signed-in manager and goes down through everyone who reports to them.
