Reps claim field expenses from their phone.
A monthly claim, built line by line from the field, with the policy verdict shown before it is sent and a clear status after.
Expenses need a connection at the moment. Offline capture is coming.
The screen is built for someone out of pocket.
The rep opens Expenses, sees what they are claiming this month and adds each item: category, date, amount, where it was spent and a note. Categories cover travel and fare, distance travelled, daily allowance, lodging, doctor engagement and other.
The status line says where the claim is in words a rep can act on, such as "Waiting on approval, step 1 of 2" or "Approved. It is with finance for payment."
Problems are shown before sending.
Anything that breaks the policy is listed under "Fix these before sending", and the send button stays off until it is fixed. Anything an approver should know is listed under "Your approver will see these" and travels with the claim without stopping it.
A claim can be taken back while nobody has decided on it. Once an approver has acted, the record of that decision is not the rep's to erase.
Every claim shows where it stands.
A claim moves from draft through each approval step to approved and with finance, and the rep sees each step as it happens. A returned or rejected claim carries the approver's note, so the rep knows exactly what to change.
Questions people ask.
Can approvers see which lines needed a receipt?
What does a rep see after sending a claim?
Can a rep change a claim after sending it?
Are expenses turned on for every account?

Caps per line, per day and per month, receipt flags and approval levels. The rep's phone and the server run the same check, so they always agree.
