Imports read your own codes.
During onboarding Dexor loads your doctor and chemist masters on your behalf. A row can name its rep and territory by Dexor's id or by your own code, such as EMP-1042, so nobody has to translate a thousand rows by hand.
A row that cannot be matched is skipped and handed back by line and name, while the rest import. A row that gives two different answers for the same rep is refused rather than guessed.
New records get codes automatically.
In Settings, an account admin can build a code template for doctors and chemists from parts such as region, area, territory, specialty and an automatic sequence. Any new record created without a code gets one from the template.
Every city sits under a real province.
Dexor keeps a region, province and city hierarchy for your account, set up by Dexor and audited. A city cannot be added under a province that does not exist. A world dictionary of countries and their regions sits underneath it.
