Reorganise the team without breaking reporting.
Move a rep under a new manager from the admin console. Moving a manager re-checks every chain below them before anything changes.
In Users and seats, Move opens a picker of managers. Choose one, press Move user, and the rep reports there from then on. An admin can also change a user's role, level, territory or name the same way.
Re-parent Ashley Carter under a new manager. A user who manages others must be moved from the platform console.

Dexor imports your doctor and chemist lists in bulk, using your own rep and territory codes, and sets up your geography.
During onboarding Dexor loads your doctor and chemist masters on your behalf. A row can name its rep and territory by Dexor's id or by your own code, such as EMP-1042, so nobody has to translate a thousand rows by hand.

Alerts that wait in an inbox until read.
Every manager has a lasting inbox of alerts, with desktop alerts in the browser and an email copy each person can switch off.
Alerts and team activity are stored per user, newest first, grouped by day. They are still there after a reload or on another device, until the person dismisses them one by one or clears them all.

Changes to your data are recorded with the person, their role, the action and the record. Admins and compliance officers can read it; admins export it.
The Audit trail lists every change in your account, newest first: when, who and their role, the action and the record it touched. You can filter what is loaded and keep loading further back.

Close a month so its numbers stop moving.
Once a month is reported, close it. Sales, re-projection, target edits and orders for that month are kept out until someone reopens it with a reason.
Closing a month tells everyone the figures they were measured on are final. After that, new sales for that month are rejected, and re-projection, target edits and new orders for it are refused.

Reopening keeps the original close on record rather than erasing it, so the full history stays auditable. Every close and reopen is written to the audit trail.

See your AI allowance and who uses it.
The admin console shows your monthly AI credit allowance, how much is used, and lets you reserve a share for a team. Dexor manages the cost controls.
Consumption shows the month's AI credits as used out of your allowance, how much is reserved to teams and how much is left for everyone else. Reserved plus left for everyone else always makes up the whole allowance. The used figure counts every credit spent this month, by teams with a reservation and by everyone sharing the rest. You can look back month by month.
Reserving credits guarantees a team its share. What is left over is shared by everyone without a reservation. You cannot reserve more than your allowance.
