The working day's route, kept only while on duty.

During an open duty session, and only with consent where your policy asks for it, Dexor keeps the rep's route for a retention period you set.

Recorded on duty, never off it.

Route points are accepted only while the rep has an open duty session. Outside a session the server refuses them, so evenings, weekends and days off leave no trail.

Where your location policy is opt-in, nothing is recorded until the rep has given consent. Each point is stored with your organisation's retention period and expires when it runs out, 30 days by default.

Readable by the right people only.

A day's route can be read by the rep, by managers in that rep's own line and by admins. Anyone else is refused, including managers of other teams.

Points are stored by time, so a batch the phone sends twice is stored once.

Managers see the exceptions.

Managers do not have to read routes to stay informed. Location switched off mid-session, a missed clock-in and implausible movement all arrive in the manager's notifications, newest first, with an optional email copy.

Questions people ask.

Is a rep's location recorded after they clock out?
Recording ends at clock-out. Route points are accepted while a duty session is open and refused at any other time.
Who can see a rep's route?
The rep, managers in that rep's line and admins. A manager of a different team is refused.
How long is the route kept?
For the location retention period your organisation sets, 30 days by default. Each point expires on its own when that period ends, with no clean-up for anyone to remember.
Does route tracking need consent?
In opt-in mode, yes: points are refused until the rep agrees. In mandatory mode consent is not asked. In off mode nothing is recorded.

Duty and consent

Reps clock in and out of duty. Where location is opt-in, nothing is recorded until the rep agrees, and missed clock-ins alert the manager.

Spoofing detection

Dexor checks the speed in each GPS reading during duty. A speed no field rep could travel raises a critical alert to the rep and their managers.
