Connect doctors to the sales near them.

Tag the chemists that serve a doctor, map each chemist to a distributor outlet, and see the sell-out invoiced to those chemists, clearly labelled.

Sales through linked chemists

Secondary sales invoiced to the chemists linked to this doctor. Distributor invoices name an outlet, not a person, so this is an association someone recorded, not sales this doctor generated.

Sales through linked chemists, Oct 2026
$680,500
3 linked chemists, 3 mapped distributor outlet(s), 1,214 units.

1 of these 3 chemists are also linked to other doctors, so this figure overlaps with theirs. These numbers cannot be added up across doctors.

1 linked chemists are not mapped to a distributor outlet yet, so no sales are counted for them. An admin sets that mapping on the chemist's own page.

Management
A read for managers and admins

From a doctor to a money figure.

Distributor invoices name an outlet, never a doctor. Dexor lets your team record the link: which chemists serve a doctor, and which distributor outlet each chemist is. The doctor's page then shows the sell-out invoiced to those chemists for the month.

The figure sits in its own tab, labelled "Sales through linked chemists", with a permanent note that it is an association someone recorded, not sales the doctor generated.

Every caveat is on the page.

When a chemist is linked to more than one doctor, the page says the figure overlaps with theirs and cannot be added up across doctors. Chemists that are not yet mapped to an outlet are counted and named as such, and a past month is read with today's links, which the page also says.

Every link shows who recorded it and when, and every change is audited.

Within the team, by the right people.

A manager can link doctors and chemists across reps in their own team, which matches how a pharmacy near a hospital is often another rep's call. Mapping a chemist to a distributor outlet is an admin step, because getting it wrong misstates money.

Questions people ask.

Is this the doctor's own sales?
It is the sell-out invoiced to the chemists your team linked to the doctor, and the page labels it that way, because invoices name outlets, not people.
Can we add up these figures across doctors?
The page warns against it. A chemist linked to three doctors shows its full value on all three, so the figures overlap.
Can reps see these figures?
Channel money is a management read for managers and admins. Requests from rep logins are refused.
