Confirm each rep is who they say they are.
A rep's first arrival selfie goes to their manager to verify. Approving marks the rep verified and keeps the selfie in an archive for a year.
It starts with the first check-in.
When a rep who has not been verified checks in, their arrival selfie is queued for their manager. Nobody has to remember to request it.
The manager's Photo verifications screen shows each selfie as a card with the rep and when it was submitted. A selfie can be enlarged before deciding.
One tap, then it is on file.
Verify photo marks the rep as verified, which stops further selfies being queued, and copies the selfie into an archive where it is kept for one year. The item then leaves the queue.
An item nobody verifies expires with the check-in it came from, after 90 days, so the queue does not fill with stale requests.
