The right model, and it stays up.

Dexor starts every answer on an efficient model, steps up only when a question needs it, and is built to fail over to a second provider.

Indianapolis and Chicago North are both behind. Which one is the bigger problem for the quarter, and why?

Indianapolis is the bigger problem. It is projected to reach 41% of its quarter target, below the 60% line, and the outlook flags falling momentum, a coverage decline and more no-show days.

Chicago North is projected at 63%. Its only open signal is a coverage decline, and most of its gap sits in one SKU, CRD-10, so a focused push there closes more of the distance.

Efficient by default, stronger when needed.

Each account runs on an efficient default model chosen by Dexor, with stronger models available. During an Ask Dexor answer, the model can decide it cannot do the question justice and step up one level for the rest of that answer. One step per answer is the limit, so cost rises only when the question needs it.

Dexor manages the cost controls for every step up. The token chip under each answer shows how many model calls it took and, when it stepped up, the tokens used on each model.

Built to keep answering.

Dexor uses a primary provider for its models, and failover to a second provider is built in: once a second provider is configured for an account, a call that is throttled, times out or finds the provider unavailable is retried there. A request that was simply malformed is not retried, since it would fail the same way twice.

When it is on, failover covers the whole agent loop in Ask Dexor, not just one call, and the same rule protects the weekly summaries, anomaly alerts and report narratives.

Questions people ask.

Which model answers my questions?
An efficient default model set for your account. A single answer can step up one level when the question needs it, and the answer's token chip shows which models were used.
What happens if the AI provider has an outage?
Where a second provider is configured, Dexor retries the call there automatically. This covers Ask Dexor's full agent loop as well as summaries, alerts and report narratives.
Does stepping up cost more?
A stronger model uses more of the prepaid AI pool, so Dexor allows at most one step up per answer, and only when the question needs it. Dexor manages the cost controls.
